Photoshoot Process Booking

You contact us via this website, phone, email, or Facebook message.
We’ll have a brief discussion about the kind of photoshoot you’re interested in.

 

The initial conversation usually covers:

• Type of shoot

• Location of the shoot

• Your wishes and ideas

• Whether professional makeup is desired

• Date and time

 

Then we schedule an appointment (for outdoor shoots, we’ll also arrange a meeting point). You’ll receive all the information you need.
 

Pre-Shoot Consultation
On the day of your shoot, we meet as agreed. A personal conversation is important — getting to know each other beforehand builds trust and creates a relaxed atmosphere from the start.
To better communicate your ideas and wishes, feel free to bring example photos or show me your favorite shots from my online gallery.

Accompanying Persons
If you feel more comfortable with someone by your side, you’re welcome to bring a trusted person, as long as they don’t disrupt the session. Please consider carefully who is best suited to accompany you. For underage clients, at least one parent or guardian must be present.

The Photoshoot
If you booked professional makeup, it will be applied right before the shoot by our makeup artist — so please arrive without any makeup.
Your last tanning session or sun exposure should be at least two days before the shoot.
If you did not book makeup, you can apply your usual makeup yourself.

Before we start, we’ll review your clothes and accessories together and assemble different outfits if needed.
To help you get comfortable with the shooting atmosphere, we begin with simple poses in your favorite outfit. You’ll notice how you gradually relax, move more freely in front of the camera, and discover which poses and expressions suit you best.
Depending on the shoot, the session usually lasts between one and three hours.

Image Selection
Depending on the shoot and available time, we’ll review the photos together right after the session.
Alternatively, I usually send you smaller versions of the raw images the same day for your review.
If your package includes retouching, you can now decide which images you want edited.
Of course, you can also leave the selection entirely to me and be surprised by the results.

Image Editing
I will professionally edit the selected photos for you. Besides basic optimization and beauty retouching, I’m happy to tailor the editing to your specific wishes.

Basic editing includes:

• Image optimization (white balance, contrast & brightness, color adjustments)

• Light beauty retouching (blemishes, redness, under-eye shadows)

• Special looks on request

• Advanced beauty retouching

• Sepia toning

• Black & white conversion

• Various color tonings

• Artistic image effects

After about one to two weeks (depending on the number of photos or package booked), your images will be ready.
You’ll receive your photos digitally, either on CD or via download link in a minimum quality for preview.
Of course, additional prints in all common photo formats, posters, canvases, calendars, or photo books are also available upon request.
